Order Processing Times, Shipping, and Refunds/Replacements

Order Processing

We process orders as they are received.  Processing time for orders is currently 8 to 12 business days (weekends and Canadian holidays excluded).



Orders are sent via Canada Post and shipping times will vary depending on the destination country.  Generally shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.  

When you place your order, you have the option to select our flat rate shipping fee OR tracking on your package.  If you choose shipping without tracking, we will not replace any orders that are lost in the mail.  International orders only have flat rate shipping without tracking as I cannot guarantee tracking to all countries outside of Canada and the United States.  Lost international packages will be handled on a case by case basis.

Once the post office has scanned your mail, I have no control over it. Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located. If you have any issues with your mail please call your local Post Office.

US or International shipments may be delayed if they are held by your customs agency.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply.


Refunds, Replacements, Cancellations



At this time we will not be issuing refunds for lost or damaged packages that are not tracked.  Always double check your shipping address at checkout.


If there are issues with any of the sticker sheets you have ordered, please send me a message and include a picture of the sheet.  Replacements are handled on a case by case basis.


You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase.  We will not be accepting any returns or exchanges at this time.
